South West Walkies was established in 2019 after the owner and Founder, Jessie Davies, who has trained and had dogs her entire life, took the leap and left her 9-5 office job. They say you will never work a day in your life doing something you love, and this couldn't be more true. We at South West Walkies will always provide a nurturing and safe environment for your dog.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the doggy day care you have provided for Ted. He leaves in morning bouncing with excitement & comes home super tired & content for the rest of the day. I’ve also noticed a difference when we are out walking together just how good he is with other dogs, it’s definitely built up confidence for us both & it is because of all the socialising he has done with you. Because he was a lock down puppy we socialised him as much as we could but you have bought him on a treat! So thank you for that. I love the fact you make things so easy, I trust you implicitly with my furry baby & to have access to my home. I’d highly recommend you to anyone looking for doggy day care, wanting to socialise their dog more & also to get out & have some amazing walks. You have made going back to work much easier as it’s something that worried me & not wanting to leave Ted alone all day! Big thanks for you & your splendid business.

Jess is just wonderful. Her absolute love of dogs actually radiates from her and she arrived each morning bursting with smiles and energy to collect our young cocker spaniel. Always with a big cuddle. We’d barely left Holly before this, so it was really reassuring to hand her over to such a kind, enthusiastic individual. We loved knowing that Holly was being taken on different exciting walks each day and she would come home happily tired, tail wagging. Always ready and happy to head off the next day. Sam is so happy with Jess, indeed he waits to kiss her goodbye at the door when she leaves and frankly would trot off after her if he could!. Jess and crew have transformed our gorgeous lockdown boy into a well socialised boy who doesn't get completely over excited when he see other dogs.

Jessie at South West Walkies has Odi for day care once a week, and I always know he's in the best hands! She's keeps him safe, warm after wet walks, gives me updates through the day, sometimes too many (haha) and treats him like her own! Secure private land for ALL of the zoomies. Lots of friendly pups to play with. Safe, comfortable and fun environment. Wedding Chaperone Service which we have booked next year. Highly, highly recommend.
